Everyone can use adult-sized hoops, even those that "never could," the trick is to get the right size!  

Bigger people need bigger hoops.  If you want a hoop for cardio, measure the distance from the floor to your belly button. If you want a hoop for relaxation, or you like slower music, measure to your sternum. If you are XL, go up a size.

Speedy - 38"  - for smaller hoopers (around 5') or taller thin hoopers who like to move fast
Average - 41" - for average-sized hoopers
Groovy - 44" - for extra-curvy, taller, or hoopers who like to move slow
For XXL hoopers in Toronto - ask about water hoops!

If you would like hoops for cardio, go smaller. If you would like hoops for relaxation, go bigger.  Whatever you pick you'll get used to and love :)
